- Customer MUST send over a clear image of panels to ensure that customer receives an accurate quotation
- Extra lichen fee (build up of lichen on panels)
- We are not liable for anything beyond the point of leaving the property after your appointment (your asset becomes faulty I.e inverter / panels / roof)
- Payment must be made on the date of your appointment, if payment isn't made on this date you will be charged a late payment fee.
- Late payment fee act 1998
- We are fully qualified & insured.
Once finished, we are not liable for any later damages.
- We will always provide a risk assessment & check over the panels for any visible damages before we start any work. We will not deal with any cracked or damaged panels.
- We are very vigilant when installing bird mesh and will never secure the mesh unless it's completely clear & bird/pest-free.
- We provide before and after images after every appointment.
- PVSystem will be checked before clean to make sure its fully functioning. As the system will be isolated once we perform practice.
- No Refund will be allocated once the work has been completed
